A big step being a bit of a gym-phobic but Chris is always so encouraging and supportive – personalising the sessions for maximum benefit. Just had my first session at The Transformation Rooms after signing up… it was great! Was warmly welcomed by Chris and another lady Sam who was working out. Got straight into it with a warm up then controlled exercises, then ended with a quick HIIT then warm down. Chris guides you how to do things properly and really encourages you to give your best. I’m really looking forward to the next sessions and to getting back on track with my weight and fitness!!

Love TTR! Yvonne keeps the sessions fun and lighthearted but also encourages you and pushes you to do more. As much as I complain about it in the moment, it really helps you progress. She's really knowledgable and the sessions are tailored to all abilities. The accountability and community aspect of TTR is what makes them stand out from anywhere else and I genuinely look forward to our sessions every week.
